This year Spot and I will be doing a springer fishing clinic at the Next Adventure Paddle Sport Center on Thursday March 13th, from 7-9 PM.  We will be covering the where's, when's and how-to's of catching Northwest Spring Chinook Salmon from kayaks.  This is a great seminar for folks who are new to springer fishing and those who want to a refresher on different tactics.  Some of the specific topics include; safety, locations and launches, gear selection, rigging, landing strategies as well as brining and rigging herring.  We also want to hear from you guys on any tips or pointers on what has worked for you.

As always Nest Adventure will be providing pizza and drinks for all attendees so if you think you are going to come let us know.

As in years past, we'll be offering an on the water clinic for attendees.  We are tentatively planning one for April 5th when the Columbia should be hot.  We will provide more details on the 13th and as we get closer to the date.

I don't think I'll make the clinic but I'd love to make it to the "on the water" part of it.

Once again, it would be nice if somebody would record the clinic and post it for us that can't travel.

Thanks!

I really want to go, and if work day goes perfectly then I will be there, if not then I won't.  So, only 10% chance I will be there  :D
