Human Powered Watercraft License Reminder

Oregon and Washington yak fishers;  Don't forget to license your kayak before June 1st. 

Note: As these tags don't adhere well to plastic, I'd suggest you add a layer of clear celophane tape over the tag to ensure you don't loose it.  $5 is pretty cheap for a replacement but I don't like paying for things twice.

I heard that enforcement of this new regulation is going to be a top priority of the Multnomah and Clackamas County Sheriffs Departments for 2014.   

What is this I have never heard of it.

Does this apply to all human powered watercraft - or can it be interpreted in any way to differentiate between paddle powered vs pedal powered?  And what able peddle powered?

WTF I'm going sell my kayaks.

I forgot to get mine. I thought there was a discount on this if purchased before 4/1/14.

It's sad that this doesn't include the invasive species permit too.  They could at least combine the two fees like they do for powerboats.  I'm not coming to ORC or Sunset Bay AOTD this year now.

I'm just going to find a nice, wide and stable log and rig it for fishing. They can try and cite me. I'll say I caught the log as it headed down river.

I"m going to protest by no longer buying a fishing license. 

That dame rule is one of the main reasons I quit kayak fishing this year.
