Hi all!

Just bought a used Wilderness Systems Punga from my neighbor and can't wait to get out on the water.  I moved here from the East Coast but am originally from CO and have been a life long fly and bubble trout fisherman.  Picked up the fly rod a couple of years ago and I'm diving in head first with the kayak purchase.  I'm mostly interested in accessing lakes and slow water for trout.  Hoping to get out in the boat for the first time on Tuesday.  Any suggestions on location for a first timer would be more than welcome.  I have a feeling the day will be filled with a lot of trial and error, but I'm excited nonetheless!  Pic below is from a trip down to Wood River by Agency Lake with my brother last summer.

Welcome to the forum!
A great way to learn more about kayak fishing in the Northwest is to come hang out at the Next Adventure Summer Splash next Saturday at Sellwood Park.  More info here: http://www.northwestkayakanglers.com/index.php?topic=13243.0
