Packed Up For The ORC Yet?

I have a fair amount of my gear that is always ready to go...

But, I sat down the other night and made a pack list of everything I was gonna take with me.
My wife saw my list and asked if I was moving out...

It's amazing just how much gear and "stuff" I carry with me every time...
List it all out, and it looks like a tackle/survival store...

I've gotta round up a couple more things...then stage it for loading in a few days...   ...living room floor should be ok, right?

Is anyone all packed and loaded up yet?

Started getting everything ready last weekend. My list started short and simple....now I need a list for the list.

I pack way more then I need since I'm on the road for over a week.  Better to have it and not need it.  I'll start getting everything ready and loaded in the camper this weekend...... 

Nope, too much action available right now to pack up already.  Salmon fishing is heating up in the ocean and the sound!

There is definitely too much time between now and the 12th. I keep going through all the scenarios for fishing Depoe. Lures. Hooks. Bait. Rigs. Droppers. Leader prep. Weights.

I keep asking the questions, "What if...?" "Where...?" "How should I...?"

Of course, as Mark Collett pointed out in Tillamook. "Too much stuff." Yeah, it's probably going to happen again with regards to what I'm fishing with.

I have all my salt gear spread across the work bench wondering the same thing.

Mostly packed.  Definitely need my trailer to pull this off.  In my defense I am packing for two yakkers.

I know I have WAY too many lures, jigs and leader crap this year. 
Gunna be there a few days, so I can definitely afford to lose some of this gear to the fish gods below.

My lone experience last year - Andrew did a wonderful job pulling this together after a day of fishing.  But not possible if we don't help out!

  Allen---c'mon man...you posted that you're just getting dressed at 10:30.  That's knda funny. I climbed out of bed at 10:00 myself. Pretty tough isn't it ?

 Insayn---you better bring your trailer. That sucker is bad assed. I'll drool on it some more. Great learning tool for aspiring trailer builds.

  Looking forward to more fun ,not only with this thread ,but at Chinook Bend and OTW.I try to minimize my packing ---- but always end up saying "I got to get a bigger truck".

Now that my truck is gone I have to be pretty conservative with what I pack as it all has to fit in my '97 Camry.  Except for the yak.  That goes on the roof.

I just got my NRS co-pilot and my hawg trough today and my game clip should be in by this Friday 36+ inch lings font fit in my holding tank
