Tony from lancer says he is going to try and be at the camp ground around noon on Friday. I imagine his car is going to look like an ice cream truck being chased by a pack of kids.

I will be unable to make the captains meeting on Friday, so my question is, can I sign in and pick up my captains bag on Sat. morning at the launch site? I have emailed Next Adventure twice  this week,  and personal messaged them,  and so far haven't received any reply.

Hey Dave- Sorry was out of the Office for the weekend.  Have replied to your Email and this will be no problem.

Seems there are a lot of folks that will not make the meeting.  If you can not make it please let us know but we will have the sign in at the launch Saturday.  It may take a little extra time for you to get launched but we will accommodate those that can not make it Friday evening.

Only 2 days to go til tournament day..... stoke some folks out with some awesome products from our amazing sponsors. Some have been waiting (what seems to be) a long time for this announcement.

Literally Today most products started coming in so we are starting to see what we really have to give away to those who are attending.

Today we received Rods from Daiwa, Hooks from Trokar/Eagle Claw, Smoker by Masterbuilt, some more NRS Stuff, Arrival of YakAttack Product, Confirmation that Hobie is on its way, and a few other items.

A large amount of NRS is present now as well as FishFields donation to captains bags.

A lot of Product hits the Warehouse and I am not aware of when it arrives.  Tomorrow will be a day of gathering it all up, posting lists/pictures, and assembling prize packages.

any of the vendors coming down for this - if it's not too late, i'll be looking to buy a fish stringer, and some lip grippers if any of you guys have them available.  I have some redneck backup plans for both, but would prefer the real deal.  i'll be on the road headed that way in a couple hours.

Finally - Ben and I will be there!  Been looking forward to getting back out there, just had to wait for his work schedule to get ironed out.  Planning on getting over there early tomorrow - hoping to get out to fish a bit...

Why not? WindAlert is showing 9mph wind with 18mph gusts at 6am. That could be a significant safety concern depending on your level of experience.

Just wondering if we are required to take the shuttle on Saturday morning, what if we are car pooling?

You're right, I should have stated that better, it should have been ... "don't talk about how good the ORC marine forecast is" ... you might jinx us and then we'll end up with a WindAlert.
