Anyone else want to come over for dinner?
I'll be there with some animal flesh to char.

I may be able to participate. I have to be in D.C. that week but I may be able to get a red-eye back Thursday night.  Hopefully i will know within the next few days.  I may reserve a spot at Kampers  West.  I assume you can cancel and get your money back with enough notice.

There policy is 48 hour notice for cancellations or they charge you for a full night..good news is, they don't charge any cancellation fee if done before the 48 hours, they don't charge your card until you get there.

I should be able to make it, but I can't commit until after the 8th. Also, my only attempt at catching salmon in Oregon ended with 2 smallmouths so any tips on lures or other tackle will be appreciated.

Here ya go. Pretty much all ya need to know. You can substitute a brads super bait/cut plug or a pro-troll Herring spinner deal for the actual cut plug..

Spot had sort of volunteered to a "Salmon Rigging for Dummies" on the Friday afternoon.  Don't know if that is still a go or not?

I am in.  I start a job next week and I don't know my hours yet, but I told them about this before they hired me so it shouldn't be a problem.  I would like to come down Friday if I can, assuming I can find a place to camp.  If I can't make it down Friday does anyone want to carpool Saturday morning?
Looking forward to meeting you guys and nailing some salmon from my yak,

Nat
