A friend of mine is going in for collar bone surgery on Monday so I thought I'd help her out around the house this weekend.

Tonight: Areas of fog after 10pm. Patchy freezing fog after 10pm. Otherwise, increasing clouds, with a low around 30. East northeast wind between 3 and 6 mph.

Saturday: A 10 percent chance of rain after 4pm. Areas of fog before 10am. Patchy freezing fog before 10am. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a high near 44. Calm wind.

Cold cold cold in the early AM so don't forget your hat and gloves..

I just checked out the ramp at Oak Grove and decided I'm going to launch at Cedaroak Park. Much nicer ramp and parking but about a mile of peddling downstream to the dino holes. I'll be there at 8:15 to avoid darkness and ice. Should see y'all around nine.

I still have the 24 pack(-3) of Bud I bought for Mark's lecture in Hillsboro.  They can not be provided by Ron out of the sled though.  However, there may be other means to obtain them.

Shhhhhhh!  That's between me and the pillows.

I'll have the 20 foot '59 cabin cruiser anchored if anyone needs to warm up.  Coffee maker, heater,  Coco.  She's old and humble but I call her home.

How come the best showers are after a cold day of fishing?  Much thanks to Nate, Next Adventure, Ron, GroundSwell, Michael and everyone who braved the cold weather. 

I had a slow day with only three dinos, biggest was just 30 inches.  But it was  blast to hang out at the burger barge.  And oh yeah, there was that really, really, really big fish towing pdxfisher around.  But I'll let him tell that story.

Thanks for coming out today I am glad you had fun.  And Ron, thanks again for for running the burger barge.
