From NY to anchor point.... You must know something I don't.

I'll bring the cameras just in case I stumble upon some good footage, and of course for some AOTY & KW points.  Ready for some fish!!!!!!

We'll try and leave at least one for AKfishergal, she's gotta at least get that new boat bloody
No matter how many times the PB's tell me I'm nuts....I still smile every time I out fish them

Lucky man! Eagerly awaiting the progress reports through the weekend. Looks like a beautiful morning to launch. Looks like a great day in store for you. I feel like celebrating, and I'm not even there! Must be that sunshine. It goes to my head.

Nice!  Remember for kings, it's just a matter of time. You are just banking the hours. Be safe! Remember in Honer the winds can kick up in a hurry in the afternoon!

Well I'm off the water. Winds picked up and some decent swells too. I was tired also. Went 5 miles out, trolled around and then back. Just put bait on the bottom too. That earned me a starfish. Did a beach landing out at the bluffs and snapped some pics. I may go out again just for a quickie by the green buoy. Then I'm making  camp at anchor point

I thought I was the only one who caught starfish.  Least the hook was sharp! Way to get out there and hit it, Matt.  Tomorrow's your day.

I'm stuck in Anchorage for the weekend due to a strained back. I sure am wishin I was fishin out there with you guys. This sunny 50 degree weather is awesome.(note that's 50 degrees above zero)
Have a great time out there boys.Catch a bunch of fish.
Rudy---maybe you'll hook into that 100 lbs butt you were looking for last year.Good luck if you hook em .Oooh and take lots of video..
     Have fun guys.....
Life is short---live it tall.

Be kinder than necessary--- everyone is fighting some kind of battle.

Sailors may be struck down at any time, in calm or in storm, but the sea does not do it for hate or spite.
She has no wrath to vent. Nor does she have a hand in kindness to extend.
She is merely there, immense, powerful, and indifferent

Alright free wifi at the Safeway! Now I can upload another snapshot. Also I'm completley grateful for the hobie cart. Thing is awesome. I had a long walk out to the water today and it was no problem. Also when I landed on the bluffs I walked up on the beach quite a ways too and it was nice to have it.

I just drove down the beach to the conservation line. Wasn't bad and I think I'd leave my truck there. I drove it pretty much at peak tide.

Sweet. The only problem for me is I'm in a civic. Still meet at the main parking lot? Can my civic make to the normal parking lot?  Kayak loaded. A few stops and headed to Kenai tonight.

Yeah you can get to the lot no problem. Then we can see if you want to put your kayak on my truck and we can go down the beach. I'm pretty sure 2 will fit on my rack.
