Found some candied ginger at Trader Joes for $1.50. I tried some when I got home, not the best tasting stuff around but not the worst.

Crawling into a corner is the worst thing you can do. Get fresh air ... eat something ... watch the horizon ... DO NOT PUT YOUR HEAD DOWN OR GO IN THE CABIN! It will only get worse. I like saltines light and easy to eat plus I think the salt helps.
