Just wait till you experience the magic of what it tastes like when you throw it back up  

Crawling into a corner is the worst thing you can do. Get fresh air ... eat something ... watch the horizon ... DO NOT PUT YOUR HEAD DOWN OR GO IN THE CABIN! It will only get worse. I like saltines light and easy to eat plus I think the salt helps.
