It was a great time.  Thanks for putting it together Jed, and it was really great to meet you all.  The fishing was fast and fun.

Here is a shot of half the pack getting some last minute fishing in before we have to pack up for the weigh in.



We also had a crazy friendly deer hanging around the camp site.   



This is the first bass I ever hooked.  I was able to scratch that off my list.

 

And a pile of Crappie.  I think this was about 10 am.

Here is my view of the tournament! I had a blast catching a ridiculous amount of crappie; I even caught a couple of bonus fish like bass and a catfish. The toughest part about the tournament was battling the wind, and keeping my kayak from hitting the rocks. I can't wait for the next one!!
