What's everyone doing this weekend?

I'm going out to drop pots out of Whittier and prolly reset them Sunday. Weather looks good out there.

Anyone who wants to tag along is welcome to!

Waiting on weather updates at 4pm. Doesn't look line fun in the inlet. I'm tied up sat morning.

Right now Whittier or Kenai River seem to be the best options.

I'm going to float the Upper Kenai -- bridge to Jim's -- tomorrow.  Water temperature is up 3 degrees since last weekend, though the river at Cooper Landing is still staging at under 5'.  There might not be many fish moving out of the lake into the river, but there will be a few.  Hope to be on the water by 11 for a long, leisurely float.  The forecast is gorgeous -- high 52!

LOL.  I guess so. It hasn't been above 50 yet this year where I live, so I'm stoked!  Was hunting for sunscreen to throw in my utility bag.

It's not hit 50 degrees yet this year.  Would be exciting if it finally did!!!

Hmmm.....looking more like Whittier on Sunday. But it will likely be Michele on the water. Picked up a drysuit and pfd for her. In the process of ordering an outback.

I may have solved my frame attachment issues. We will see....

Yay for Michele!

Dan, if you're pulling pots Monday and I can get free, I'd like to tag along. We should exchange digits to text about Next week if you're game.

Well, pots are down.  Went Polynesian style, one aka/AMA as there was no wind. Either I overdressed or I screwed up cause I seriously was hating the t3 angler dry suit today.  Monday I think I'm ordering up a set of whirlpool bibs for days like today...
