It said take one to two every 4 hrs so I did one at 4 am one at 8 am and was good till 10:30 when I spent way too long looking down and dealing with  a sea bass on my deck. And thank you again for the dry top loan I was way too hot paddling and way too cold drifting, I think I'm going to go with a full wetsuit or atleast a top to go with my farmer johns. But I still had fun yaking and Yakin

No problem. Those waders are pretty toasty. Try 1 pill an hour or so before launch, two at launch and then two every four hours.

My bottoms were good my arms were on fire but remember I don't peddle I paddle. I'm going to do 2 every 4  as I'm a big guy.

A breathable top would also probably help.
