12th works.  This seems dangerous to the bank account, a seminar at a tackle shop.

Sounds like a great seminar.  I'm in if I'm in town. Week of August 12h looks good.

OK, it sounds like the majority are good with Tuesday the 12th of August so I've locked it in with Hoggs and updated the original post to be a formal anouncement.

I won't make this one but have been to a couple of previous ones at Hogg's. You all should go if you can plus Hogg's has all the gear you can't find in the big box places. I love that shop but don't get there too often.

Finally an event that I can actually attend. Not much spare time for a fireman in the summer. I will be there for sure.I plan on trying Nestucca bay and Siletz bay and river this fall.
