Oregon Coast Derby (Pacific City Sept 20th) -Planning

I had put a vote for being there the one day, saturday but it's looking like i wont be able to make it at all. Thanks to my tenant not being able to pay the rent so far  this month. if only it was at Sunset...

Bummer Roy.  I was really looking forward to teaching you how to fish for rockfish and lingcod.  

P.s.  don't eat the salmon of yours all at once.

Yea, it sucks.Not only for the derby but just paying the bills. Maybe if by some stroke of luck my dodge sells by then maybe i can make it but i'm not counting on that.

I got four steaks and a nice chunk for the oven/BBQ. Gonna vac pack the steaks and cook the chunk today.

Siletz (Just south)

Yep, the Nestucca is right there with an easy launch site (public boat launch). However, at low tide it is barely more than a mud flat, typically only 2-3' deep.  It fills in nicely as the tide flows though.
