Curry and rice for all.  Due to the uncertainty of fresh fish (damn forecast) the fish curry will now be a chicken vindaloo. Thanks for the offer, but save your fresh fish for a fry up at the potluck.

Thanks Pelagic!  Unfortunately, I'll probably only be getting home from work when dinner is served.  I expect to roll in around 10:00PM.  I'll see y'all dark and early in the morning Saturday though.   ;D

Howz about Tuezday Jay?  Ya game for some PC action?  Forecast at this point looks like it may turn out to be reasonable.
I have all this rockfish/ling gear just sitting here staring at me.  :laughing7:

Unfortunately I'll be back at work. However, I am looking at a sunrise paddle on the Nehalem on Sunday...

Have fun guys.  I'm looking forward to the reports (take lots of pictures).

Hey, that surf report wasn't lying! Today it looked like it was even worse. Stopped at PC in the Pelican Brew Pub parking lot and walked over to the observation platform. Waves coming in looked to be about 12-13ft @ 14 seconds. but, as went thru Depoe Bay, stopped and watched the surf beat the snot out the harbor wall and the rock points to it's south, ( Spanish Head?) and those looked to be up around 16-18 feet at 12 seconds, with occasionally one way larger.
As of July 12th, I am, officially,  retired.
