My plan for tomorrow (Thursday, Aug 20th)

Let me know who plans on joining me so I can keep an eye out for you.

I plan on sneaking out of work early and will be at the boat ramp ready to launch at 4:00 pm.  They seem to feed on the surface all around the launch/takeout as the sun sets so I plan on fishing 'til I can't see anymore, which is about 8:50.

If you go earlier or later, I'll look for you on the water.  Drive down to the lowest parking lot by the smelter which is covered with scaffolding.  Walk through the archway into the oval park, then take an immediate left.  Look for the bathrooms past the smelter.  The boat ramp is just past the bathrooms.  After you launch, there are lots of options.  I'll be fishing downriver in a yellow Hobie on the left (west, Lake Oswego) side.

PM me with cell phone and I'm happy to share the little bit I know about fishing here.  Or I'll just see you on the water.

Woah.. time warp...  I think you meant the 20th or you just trying to put a little misinformation out there regarding your fishing hole?

I'm still working on my WAF (a.k.a. domestic capital) for this one.   Fish I won't be bringing home to my pregnant wife to eat don't score very high on the priority list with her.

Why wouldn't you feed resident Willamette River fish to your pregnant wife?

Yikes.  Thanks for the catch.  Not good coming from a publisher.  Hope you get the pass.  (I'll start a pool so you can buy her some talapia at Whole Foods on the way home.)

Hmmmm, maybe because he likes her and would prefer the baking bun to have just two arms and eyes that don't glow in the dark? :dontknow:

FFTW, I'm pretty sure Spot was trying to be sarcastic but forgot to add the appropriate smiley/imoticon.

Looks like my wife needs to stay late at work to fishing a report.   So I'll be home doing some domestic chores / kid wrangling tonight.

I'm looking forward to tomorrow's report.  Hopefully I can get out there soon enough.

Dude, you don't get 3 (actually 4 if I remember right) asshats by using sissy little emoticons.

I figured that Brian might sneak an asshat in for my emoticon comment on staying out of the way of enormous ships at B10...... ;)

Yeah that was a bit rushed I suppose.  I do have fishing on my mind and only about a month left to fish.
