Official ORC 2011 Fish Taco Thread

We have 20-30 something folks entering the tourney and bringing families and everyone will want some food, if you plan to eat with us please bring something to support this. 
Please reply with materials that you plan to provide for this Taco Bar. I will update the list with who is bringing what for everyone to see what is needed so we don't get too many of one item and not enough of other items.

80+ for the headcount, so we should plan accordingly for each item.

Not competing,but I could bring something near the bottom of the list. I'm trying to lose weight,but I might poach a taco or 2.   

I will bring some refried beans (couple of big 1.5# cans) and a pack or two of shredded cheese. I can bring some salsa as well, Salsa de Rosa, medium "la vieja" and hot "el hombre"

In terms of headcount, I am coming by myself.

I updated the counts with the info I got (which admittedly wasn't much).

Oh by the way....  Whomever hasn't already done so, may want to sign up to work or bring something, (food, drink, supplies, fish filleting, mopping sweat off cook's brow) as I will happily volunteer you for babysitting, or cleanup duties for after dinner.   

I'll bring a mixed case of coke n sprite,2-3 rolls of paper towels. Tell me if you want me to up the count too, it wont be a problem.

I'll bring plates/bowls and plastic ware (Forks).

I'll bring avocado's and guacamole.  Tortilla chips 2 bags.  Case of root beer.

I pm'd you that I would bring Cilantro, shredded lettuce, sour cream, three little kids (6 or under)  and my SLF (or should I say SHMBO).

My wife and I are staying in Depot Bay Friday night then heading south, so I can help Saturday morning at the launch site.  Let me know what time to be at the launch.
