Had sushi last night while trying to get through ORC vids.  :)

Great workout! Love seeing how others get-er-done!

Good stuff Erik! I need to get on this plan too. I have all of those things in my freezer, I just need to take the 30 minutes. Maybe tomorrow.

I succumed to the lure of movie theater popcorn yesterday. I blame Charlize Theron.  Fortunately, We didn't get the butter, and I plan to do cardio every day this week.

I hit the archery range and did some resistance training on the cables yesterday, but strangely, I'm not sore today.  I'll have to do upper body again today.

I've also found that little things slotted into the day can make a difference.  I switched from 12 oz. curls to 22 oz. curls and have definitely seen an improvement in my paddling strength.

Seriously tho, congrats on the weight loss Oly and having a goal to hit.  I typically do non-kayak specific training (indoor bike trainer and muay thai) a few days a week, depending on the week and how my body is feeling.  I also (when I remember, need to get back on the plan) try and do little things - i.e. anytime you go to the kitchen or bathroom at work, or maybe on the top of every hour, do a small set of pushups, say 25-50, or body weight squats, just something.  Enough to get a little blood flowing but not some number that is going to make you sweat.

Are they fixing the problem with your hands where you keep dropping cameras overboard?  >:D

Yes.  I had them surgically mount leash attachment points to my wrists.  After all was said and done, I realized 2 nipple piercings would have been cheaper and I could have operated heavy machinery and drank beer afterwords.
